1. Acceptance
These terms govern your use of the Russell Retail Group website and the basis on which we enter into a trade relationship. By using this site or opening a trade account with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Use of the website
The content on this site is provided for general information about our distribution services and is offered in good faith. It does not constitute a binding offer. We may update or withdraw content at any time. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it in any unlawful way.
4. Trade accounts & eligibility
Trade accounts are offered to businesses at our discretion, following normal supplier checks. We may ask for company details, VAT registration and trading references. Opening an account does not oblige either party to trade; specific orders are agreed individually.
5. Pricing, orders & payment
Prices, minimum order quantities and lead times are agreed per account and per order and are confirmed in writing before an order is placed. Unless agreed otherwise, first orders are on a pro-forma basis (paid in advance), moving to agreed payment terms as the relationship develops. All orders are subject to a genuine VAT invoice.
6. Intellectual property & authorised reselling
All trademarks and brand assets remain the property of their owners. We only distribute products where we are authorised or permitted to do so, and we represent brands using accurate, approved content. We hold agreed price floors (MAP) where required. Nothing in these terms grants you any right in our name, logo or content.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. This does not affect the specific terms agreed for any order.
8. Termination
We may suspend or close a trade account, or restrict access to this site, where terms are breached or where continuing would put a brand relationship or compliance at risk.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
