To reply to your enquiry, discuss a potential trade relationship, and keep records of our correspondence. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing without your consent, and we never sell your data.
Who we share it with
Only trusted service providers who help us operate, for example our email delivery provider, acting as processors under contract. We may disclose data where required by law.

Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards (such as UK adequacy or standard contractual clauses) are in place.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for the purpose above and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
